Did you read:

Well, yes, you did technically cry 'Foul', but that's because you are in a bird state of mind. In the non-bird world, that means 'plagarism'.

And 'thank you' reallly doesn't qualify as E-Prime. It should be an entire grammatical sentence with subject, verb, object, etc.
